Chief Executive Officer

Ross Bowie is the Chief Executive Officer of Private Client Select, where he is leading the firm's transformation into a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) designed to redefine service in the high-net-worth market. With more than 15 years of insurance leadership experience, he has built and revitalized underwriting organizations, structured capacity partnerships, and driven profitable growth across U.S. markets. Prior to PCS, Ross held senior roles at Orchid Underwriters, Bankers Insurance Group, Progressive, and American Strategic Insurance (ASI), where he launched new products, expanded into key markets, and developed high-performing teams.

Michael Garamoni

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Garamoni leads the finance team at Private Client Select, where he focuses on delivering best-in-class outcomes to brokers and clients. Prior to joining PCS in 2023, Michael held leadership roles at Orchid Underwriters and Ryan Specialty Group after beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and drove industry-leading growth and investor outcomes. Michael is both a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Stuart Tainsky

Chief Experience and Operating Officer

Stuart Tainsky is the Chief Experience and Operating Officer at Private Client Select, overseeing service experience, operations, and technology. He focuses on disciplined execution, turning strategy into action and ensuring PCS delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes for brokers and clients. Before joining PCS, Stuart held senior leadership roles at PURE and NFP, where he led large-scale operational and technology transformations. Earlier in his career, he advised major insurance organizations as a consultant, building a foundation in execution, process optimization, and client service excellence.

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Carol Falcinelli

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Carol Falcinelli is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Private Client Select. She joined PCS in 2023 and is responsible for the company’s legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. Carol began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, moving from trial attorney into supervisory roles overseeing felony litigation and long-term investigations. She later joined Marsh, where she served as Chief Compliance Officer for the U.S. and Canada Division, followed by Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for the International Division. Carol has also worked on a Department of Justice monitorship with a consulting firm and held senior legal and compliance roles at a financial services nonprofit and an insurance startup.

Eileen Duffy

Chief Claims Officer

Eileen Duffy is Chief Claims Officer at Private Client Select. She joined PCS after a 32-year career at AIG, where she most recently served as Global Head of Personal Insurance Claims. In that role, she was responsible for all high-net-worth claims and the technical handling of personal insurance claims worldwide. At PCS, Eileen oversees claims strategies and operations with the goal of delivering best-in-class service. She manages PCS’s partnership with Sedgwick, ensuring process efficiency while maintaining the white-glove claims service for which PCS is known.

Joel Tealer

Chief Human Resources Officer

Joel Tealer is a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a proven track record of building global HR functions and teams while leading HR organizations with a focus on retention, engagement, and performance. Prior to joining PCS, he was CHRO for an international private medical insurance company and has spent most of his career driving strategic HR initiatives at a large global insurer. As PCS's CHRO, he is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. He is an advocate for creating a positive and thriving workplace culture.

Christopher Donahue

Chief Underwriting Officer

Chris Donahue is the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) at Private Client Select. He brings over 30 years of personal lines insurance experience, most recently serving as the General Manager of the MGA and CUO at Hippo Insurance, where he led underwriting, sales, actuarial, operations, and claims. His previous leadership roles include Global CUO of Personal Lines and Head of Portfolio Management at AIG, as well as CUO for ACE’s and Chubb’s North American personal lines businesses. Chris is strengthening the PCS's underwriting culture through data-driven decision-making and client-focused strategies. He holds CPCU and ARe designations.

Chief Distribution Officer

Robert M. Haibi is Chief Distribution Officer for Private Client Select, where he leads the Field Distribution organization with responsibility for shaping and executing the company's distribution strategy. He oversees growth initiatives, producer engagement, and broker relationship management, ensuring alignment between PCS's underwriting strategy and its distribution model.

Erika Roeshink

Head of Capacity Partnerships

Erika Roeshink serves as Head of Capacity Partnerships at Private Client Select, where she secures and structures capacity with carriers, reinsurers, and strategic partners. She brings expertise spanning catastrophe modeling, portfolio management, and capital strategy, consistently aligning risk intelligence with enterprise goals to strengthen PCS’s market position. Prior to joining PCS, Erika held roles at QBE Insurance and Progressive Home/ASI, advancing risk differentiation and capital deployment initiatives.

Jenny Halim is Head of Business Transformation at Private Client Select, overseeing strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and organizational agility. She partners closely with PCS leadership to simplify processes, drive execution, and enable sustainable, enterprise-wide performance. Before joining PCS, Jenny held consulting roles at SSA & Co and EY, where she focused on improving EBITDA margins, leading M&A initiatives and guiding organizations through transformative change.
